If you HAVEN't read Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows yet, I suggest you go read another comic strip because this seriously spoils the WHOLE story.

Even though the Epilogue was kinda ishy, fanfic-like and didn't really have closure, I really enjoyed the second to last page. Young Albus Severus Potter, worried, asks his father what would happen if he were put into Slytherin. Harry, kindly reassures him that it doesn't matter where he is placed and that one of the greatest men he ever knew was Slytherin. But just in case someone really doesn't want to go into a certain house, the Sorting Hat takes that persons’ choice into consideration. Harry explains to his son that is what happened to him when he was sorted. This lightens up Albus’s mood and he boards the Hogwarts Express.
This is really the ONLY part I liked about the Epilogue. Harry is an awesome daddy, isn't he? :hug: I mean, yeah awkward naming your own kid after the teacher you hated most, but still that is probably as close to justice as Snape is going to get for all he did. I suppose I should cut Rowling a break--she did create a wonderful series :D
Is it just me or does anyone else hope that Albus is in Slytherin?

I agree. The epilogue kind of really sucked. Except for the last bit. I was expecting the epilogue to tie up some loose ends and such. But lovely job. <3
