My new obsession: Code Geass.

FULL-VIEW PLZ!

This is Lelouch vi Britannia, an ex-prince from the global superpower Britannia, who now lives in Japan. He receives a mysterious power called Geass, and by taking on a secret identity, Zero, Lelouch becomes the leader of the Japanese rebellion against Britannia, and its plan to wipe away Japan's identity as a country. *gasprunonsentence* He uses his power in attempts to bring justice to what has happened to his mother and sister, as well as to create a better world without Britannia. ( Sounds like a clone Light Yagami huh? )

No character is really good or evil in this show, well, when concerning main characters; everyone falls into the gray area, making them more human. It's made it hard for me to chose a favorite character.
That's why I love and hate the show. One second I'm cheering a character on, then the next I have to question their choice of action. It's really awesome that way. I highly suggest watching this anime. It's got mecha, which I will be honest and say is a real turn-off for me, but everything else--the drama, political issues, and just awesome characters & story-line make up for it.

I painted this with a wrist brace on. Hopefully it looks alright !
Screencap ref used.
Disclaimer: do not own Lelouch. haha.

Heh, I don't think this anime will leave me alone; this shows up a day after several people recommend it...all right, I'll watch it, already...
In any case, this character looks amazing; I love his eyes, and you portrayed him very well ^^

They keep talking about drafting a Constitution for Iraq. Why don't we just give them ours? It was written by a lot of really smart guys, it's worked for over 200 years and we're not using it anymore.
i really like it!

-just got done with episode one- 8DDD

Too bad my writing spurt takes first concern. XD But you're right. He is eerily (<- curse the spelling) like until Light. O_o And I only got that from the first episode. Can't wait for the eeriness to continue as I keep watching.
